How did we decide on our favourite Mezcal for 2025?
Most premium mezcals are free from sugars, carbohydrates, additives, and preservatives. For the perfect Mezcalita, we focus on how to make the best mezcalita by balancing the fine notes of the Mezcal, allowing you to taste the true essence of the agave. While margaritas put tequila on the map, it’s important to note that Mezcal is a healthier option than most tequilas, which often contain additives. Given that Mezcal predates tequila, we honor Mayahuel, the goddess of agave, by celebrating an International Mezcalita Day, dedicated to the most popular mezcal cocktails.
